1.What are your prices ?
Our pricing variable based on product model specifications and requirements We willsend you an updated price quotation after you contact us for further information.
2. What is average lead time ?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 45daysafter receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when we havereceived your deposit, and we have your final approval for your products. If our lead timesdo not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In allcases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
3.Do you have minimum order quantity ?
Stocklist product MOQ is as minimal as 1 box per model, making it an excellentopportunity to start small and grow.
4.Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products ?
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging.Specialist packaging and non-standardpacking requirements may incur an additional charge.
5.Do you have products warranty ?
Our current warranty time is one year after the goods left our warehouse. We warrantyour materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products.In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customerissues to everyone's satisfaction.
